I have always been a very sensitive and compassionate person. I am also pretty emotional at times. Meditation has given me a little more control over the heavy emotions I feel. Although I have not completely mastered my monkey mind; I find myself able to do better with the highs and lows of them. I am usually pretty excitable. Meditation has given me the power of not being too high or too low. I can navigate being in the middle more now. I like that a lot. I am certain it helps me feel calmer throughout the day because of my practice, and I will continue to do so every day. Thank you so very much for teaching me this great skill I can use for the rest of my life!
